I made this as a quick cake in between studying for my mums birthday. I had a go at stencilling a pattern on the side with my new air brush, but I need to practice stencilling and practice using my air brush before using both techniques together as it was very fiddly and started to run.
But it worked out ok as my mum, like any woman loves Gold :O)
I also had a go at making the fantasy rose on top using flower paste. And as it all went wrong and had to recover I also ran out of icing for the board!
