This is our very first structure cake last 2012. Our friend came to us 6 months before his birthday carrying with him the Kratos figure. He said he wanted a birthday cake where he can set it in front and gave us the picture of the Temple of Fates from the game God of War. My husband and I were so excited to make it as he is a gamer himself. We both planned how to make it and construct it. A lot of simplification of the original temple was done. 3 weeks before the birthday, we already made the pillars and eagle. Baking of the cakes were done about two days before the birthday. Everything came together about a day before. My husband did the final touches and it was allowed to set overnight before delivery. The birthday boy had a blast photo-bombing it! :)
