The most unusual wedding cake I have ever been asked to make, a full A4 sheet of photographs and instructions were provided by the mother of the bride. The figures on the ‘log slice’ cake represent the bride clutching an eagle chick (a career highlight for her when she radio-tagged the bird) and groom resplendent in his woodcutters outfit / headgear & complete with his chainsaw. Challenging cake, but I enjoyed every minute!
