I’m not a fan of modelling and when asked to baby jake I was really unsure how I was going to approach it. I didn’t want it to have a cartoon feel as the baby is real in the programme. I started it and originally had two other models which were binned but eventually settled on this one. Cake is vanilla sponge with vanilla butter cream, raspberry jam and frosted in whit chocolate ganache
