I wanted to bake a special cake for a very close friend and his wife since i was meeting him after 5 years. I wanted to try gold leaf but did not have enough time to order so instead i colored the ganached cake with gold airbrush color. My friends loved the rustic feel the cake had because of hand painting. The cake was dark chocolate with strawberry mousse. Made the black rose using fondant. Thank you for looking! :)
