In August every day is a perfect day in Italy to celebrate summer! I made this very simple decorated cake for another dinner with friends. Nothing complicated, just a big slice of lime which reminds freshness in these days of heat. Althought I should have matched the decoration with the flavour of the cake this was a rich chocolate cake with raspberries : )
