My first ever wedding cake and possibly my last! You only get once chance and a wedding cake in my eyes must be perfect! Not sure I achieved that! The bottom tier is a 10" strawberry sponge with strawberry flavour buttercream, the middle tier is 8" chocolate sponge with chocolate buttercream and the top 6" vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream. All the roses and the Bride & Groom topper’s are all handmade :-) x
