I have a really lovely, elderly neighbour, who had her 64th birthday recently. I made her this cake as she loves fairies n butterflies. With tears in her eyes, she told me that she had never had an actual birthday cake all her life – that is just so sad :( The body of the fairy was made with the woman from the PME people moulds, and the dress was a peony petal cutter.
