I had the most fun making this cake! It was challenging, but the theme has a special place in my heart. The expectant mom has 2 daughters she wanted to include in the festivities so we added their names to the surfboards along with the new baby boy, Landon, in the middle. The VW bus is red velvet cake, and the beach is chocolate with brown sugar “sand”.
