I donated these for a Polynesian dance group Lu’au fundraiser. Hula themed cupcakes with a some Kawaii inspired cute faces. Made out of marshmallow fondant. The waves were made with white royal icing and brushed with a wet brush then sprinkled with a dash rainbow disco dust over it for some sparkly-splashes.
