Pink & White two tier cake with pink fantasy flower, made for Amy of Cookie Delicious

Mr Cookie Delicious asked me to make his wife a surprise 30th Birthday cake, which had to be ‘pink’, ‘carrot cake’ and I added some ‘bling’ as we know Amy is a bit of a ‘magpie’ ;-)

The top tier is carrot & walnut sponge with lemon buttercream, and the bottom tier is chocolate fudge with white chocolate ganache.

The fantasy flower was made using hibiscus petal veiners from Dusky Rose Veiners, and a diamante centre inspired by Nylah’s designer cakes
