I made this cake for a little lady turning 2 years old—I made her 1st birthday cake last year. The parents wanted a pink & blue Minnie Mouse cake; they let me be creative with the design. Little Samantha loved the cake!

I made all the decorations (except the actual Minnie Mouse doll and candles) out of fondant.
