This cake was made as a gift for a work colleague. All she said was “do something disney”.
My mind was buzzing with ideas! It had to have Mickey and Minnie but I wanted a surprise too, so a rainbow cake it had to be. She totally loved it, and it’s one of my favourite cakes to make so far. Especially the characters on top, they were fun to make and build and they actually look like them too…bonus!
