100% buttercream~ I etch design freehand onto cake. outline w/ black buttercream. #16 star in flesh tan color to face, arms, middle. Star in tail in light lemon-lime color, then used #3 turquoise color w/ scallops all over fish tail for scale look. Outline face eyes and nose nostrils. fill in whites of eyes, pupil and iris. out line eye again and fill in again and add eye shadow.. out line again. pipe #4 red lips x 2. out line body & tail again in black. pipe beads across bra in #4 lavender.
Pipe #4 & #5 coral, and grass tip at base of cake. Blue reverse boarder #6 or #7 boarder. Pipe hair in #17 yellow curls.. flowing look.
