A 6″×9″ chocolate salted caramel cake with dark chocolate ganache and MMF. This birthday cake was made for a young man who loves birdcages. I decided to add the wild cardinal on top of the birdcage hanging out with the bronze bird on the top of the cage while the caged canary looks on and wishes he could be free too! Just a bit of fun.
