This fun cake is for the 78th birthday of a lady named Mary, who is a real dynamo & fashionista! She’s known for wearing big flowers on every outfit, loves animal prints, & is all about bling, so I gave her all of it in a cake! Notice the Greek Key ribbon around the cake board—-she’s Greek, & the organizer of our huge Greek Festival here in Columbia, SC!

The cake is Pecan Pie Cake with Pecan Pie Filling, Pecan Pie Buttercream icing, fondant flowers & non-edible bling. The cameo comes from a mold I made from my own necklace. The message around the board almost didn’t fit! It says ‘Happy Birthday Mary, Mom, Gramma, & Yia Yia’! I molded letters for what seemed like hours! LOL! But her daughter wanted all of her ‘names’ represented.
