I was given carte blanche with this cake, the only information I was given was she’s 7 and she’s having a magic party.
I used three tiers of vanilla sponge for this cake. The rim of the hat is pure gumpaste set over a roll of cardboard, the bunny ears are rice krispie treats. The only difficult part was applying the edible glitter to the hat, I got more on myself and my fiance than I did on the cake!!!
