Her is my first sculpted Dog Cake.

Its a sponge filled with whipped white chocolate ganache buttercream and covered in Fondant/White modelling chocolate mix. the entire dog is edible.

The board wood effect I did with an airbrush, thanks to the wonderful workshop I did with Dawn at DinkyDoodleDeisgns http://www.dinkydoodle.co.uk/.

He’s a cure little fella called Masher… a Chihuahua :)

… the recipient said that she had it on the coffee table and when the guests arrived they thought it was her dog!! what a lovely compliment that was :)
