This 3 tier topsy turvy cake was made for Suzzie who is turning the big 4 0 this weekend. Suzzie wanted her cake to be in the madhatter style with brown and pink being the main theme of her cake (to match her invitation colours). The cake was only meant to cater for 50 people, but I got a bit carried away – this cake caters for at least double that – so I hope they all have big appetites lol
