My baby girls cake for her 10th birthday party today xx she loves one direction but also really wanted a peacock birthday cake as she had seen a wedding cake done recently and loved it so much. So this is my design! Had approx 55 hand made feathers hand painted with lustre made paints. Then the 1d biys in modelling fondant sitting on the edge in colour coordinating outfits! Run out of time to finish their hair and eyes as I only started this last night xx bottom tier was vanilla sponge with choc buttercream and covered in white chocolate ganache and top tier was choc fudge cake with choc fudge buttercream covered in amazing milk choc ganache!
