Its winter here in Australia, the couple has been married for 22 years, they’re celebrate their last anniversary at snowy mountain Australia, this year they asked me to make their cake, what an honour, they love white, so i design this cake for them, the cake are 3 layers chocolate and vanilla yellow sponge cake covered with white truffle ganache , white sugar roses decorated on the top and sugar pine cone tree and the bottom,i hope you’ll like it like i do, thank you for watching and nice comments too
