My friend is making her own wedding cupcakes, but wanted a ‘cutting cake’ for the ceremony. She choose the recipe, it’s white chocolate mud, with white chocolate buttercream, and white chocolate fondant. I also made her a four inch ‘mini me’ version to pop in her freezer for their first anniversary. Her colours are black and silver, so she chose to keep the cake drum uncovered. This design is from Vanessa Iti, very sweet and simple.
