This was a wedding cake for a couple who loved hiking. The bride was from Texas so the bottom tiers represent Texas with sunflowers and Texas bluebells. The groom was from Oregon so the top represented Oregon with Mt. Hood (I used a sugar ice cream cone and covered it with fondant). This was inspired by a Bakery Bar cake.
