This was my first Gluten-free cake. What an amazing texture! The recipient is travelling to China for her birthday so her parents wanted the cake to reflect this exciting time.

The base of the cake is surrounded by chinese temples and the top of the cake has Happiness, Luck and Prosperity symbols stencilled on the surface.
