This cake was made for a lovely lady who lives in the USA but has family over here in the UK, so whenever she comes to stay with family she orders a cake from me….. this time she is even taking a cake back to the US with her! The flowers are made from gumpaste and the cake was a square but decorated as a diamond as requested.
