Have been waiting to make a carousel cake for my baby girl and was so excited to finally get to do it for her baptism. Inspired by so many ornate carousel cakes I hope I did it justice!

They were made from a First Impressions mould from The Cake Decorating Company, a little pricey but this one was for my own baby girl and for the effect you get I thought it was well worth it. I did get an enquiry after someone saw this but unfortunately I was booked up, would be good to get a little more use out of it :) x
