Snowboarder themed cake …..cake is red velvet with cream cheese icing….covered in mmf ….the lil’ dude is fondant as are the trees and birthday banner.=) It is a 1/2 sheet but I cut along the edge to give it an irregular shape…and used the cut away cake from the edge as “hills” on top of the cake.=)
