I know this cake has been done many times, I’m not even sure who originally designed it its been done so often. But I was asked to make it for a special mum who’s fighting cancer for the second time and her daughter wanted to give her a laugh. I agreed to make it as long as she didn’t mind me putting my own twist on it, she said fine, fab!

So I made and extra layer of cake to elevate the mud tub, and made it look like a little grassy hill. Added some plants and of course the naughty sheep….it was going to just be a pack of pork scratching s but then I though it’ll be better to keep it farm animals….so he has his plate of sausage, black pudding and bacon….he’s just jealous you know x
