I made this for my daughter’s pre-school teacher. She taught both of my kids, and so I wanted to make her something special to thank her for her dedication. The inside is Neapolitan with a layer of Strawberry, Chocolate, and Vanilla.
The chalkboard and apple are sugar cookies iced in buttercream and covered with fondant.
