This is the second cake I’ve made for Icing Smiles. Andrew requested Big Bird for his 3rd birthday. I made Big Bird on a wire structure with gum paste, he stands about 10" tall. Andrew was able to have his Big Bird for a keepsake. He was thrilled with his cake and I loved being able to make it for him!
