This was created at a request for 2 of these for a graduation party. It has vanilla cake and homemade lady fingers layered with lemon mascarpone and coated with a tasty crumb coating. Topped with fresh whipped cream and honey glazed strawberries. The customer and their guests loved it and I made a small one for my family and friends to test as well and we all loved it too. One of my favorite dessert additions to my menu.
