My first ever cake work with royal icing, i spent three days piped the caged, let dry then assemble it, my hands are so shaky, a couple drop pieces, i managed to fix it, the next day sydney got into 44degree Celsius, the caged just melted and broke down >< , i am still looking for the perfect royal icing recipe and still practising my skill on this shaky hand though :)
