All Edible cake was Devil’s Food Chocolate with Dark Chocolate Ganache, & airbrushed to look like an old Horseshoe, the horse is made out of Sugarpaste as is the ribbon, The TAB ticket I did using edible rice paper with a fondant back…made for a Horseracing fan’s 70th Birthday
