I crave sweet Potato Pie and became adventurous and started making a cheesecake batter and combined it with the fresh sweet potatoes I just been shopping at the farmers market. I didn’t add our cream but added half of pet milk, added cinnamon.nutmeg the usual. it was rich and thick and I baked as usual and topped it with Gigantic swirls of Heavy Whipping Cream and sprinkled with Cinnamon and Nutmeg. Delicious!
