I’m so pleased with how this cake turned out as I’ve never made lilies, used florist wire or piped royal icing onto a cake… or transported three tiers 45 miles along a bumpy rural road… or done a three tier cake…!!! Needless to say I was in bits by the ime I got it to the venue! But hurrah it got there in one piece (minus one or two lily tips). I did this as my present to the couple getting married :)
