This is my birthdaycake for my birthdayparty last sunday. The cats are all free handcut (and took me ages to make). I need some more practising on the piping, but in the end I was very satisfied with how it turned out. The cake is vanilla sponge, filled with orange-cointreau mousse and orangejelly, ganached with white chocolate ganache and decorated with fondant and gumpaste. It was really yummy………….. I hope you like it!
