This cake was defiantly a labour of love.
I made this cake for my best friend’s daughter’s
2nd birthday. She absolutely loves everything
Mike the knight so it was a no brainer to do a castle cake
with the main characters. The cake is vanilla bean with
strawberry buttercream and strawberry jam in the layers.
And the characters are made of RKT, fondant and gumpaste.
The cake took 5 days to complete and the longest day, the
last day I worked 16h. I have never been so tired in my life but
it was totally worth it when everyone commented on how the loved
the taste and design.
