I am a BIG fan of connie cupcakes and fell in love with her jeweled cookies and cupcakes and decided to bake some for my colleagues before resigning from work. Everyone fell in love with these!!! Chocolate cupcakes with chocolate fudge frosting and belgian chocolate jewels!!!
