This was for my daughter, who has been bugging me for 2 years for a ballerina cake! Normally I wouldn’t buckle under such a hounding :) but when I saw Debbie’s cake I could resist having a go. A vanilla 6" sponge with vanilla buttercream and strawberry preserve.
