It was an honour to create this elegant cake based on a cake design I made for Cosmopolitan Bride Australia last year.
Piped vanilla flavoured meringues create the graduated beaded detail around each tier.
Top tier – orange and almond with white chocolate ganache
Middle Tier – Raspberry and Hazelnut with dark chocolate ganache
Bottom Tier – White chocolate mud with white chocolate ganache
This is what I call true elegance! less is more :-)
