These are my delicious Mr Whippy cupcakes! I baked the cupcakes, removed the cases and pushed them into Askeys ice cream wafer cups (from Morrisons). I then piped a swiss meringue buttercream swirl on top (here’s the recipe I used; http://www.faircake.co.uk/SwissMeringueButtercreamRecipe.pdf) and inserted a crumbly Cadbury’s Flake :) They make a HUGE impact at parties and celebrations.
