I made this cake for my daughter Ashleigh’s 18th Birthday. She loves the film ‘Breakfast at Tiffany’s’ so I used that as my inspiration. The black being the dress Audrey Hepburn wore and the pearl necklace with the brooch around the top tier. The square around the top and bottom tiers are black & white picture of my daughter at different ages making more personal. The red heart represents how my love for her.

The flavour of the cake were top tier lemon sponge with lemon buttercream, middle tier was chocolate sponge with chocolate buttercream anf the bottom was madeira sponge with jam and vanilla buttercream. xx
