5" over 8" fondant cake with gumpaste details: mortarboard, UA logo, pearls, and copper tipped roses. Copper painted top tier and bottom tier is done in brick imprint as a nod to the red brick that is prevalent on the University of Arizona campus. (Cake also had a rolled diploma on top, but it didn’t make it into the picture).
