This is a chocolate cake with two layers of ganache and one layer of buttercream for the fillins. I also included a chocolate crunch on the ganache filling.

The orchids, bamboo and rocks are made out of gumpaste. Orchids are my mothers favorite flower. Flower arrangement is based off of James Roselles arrangements on his crafty course.
