A Victoria sponge with fresh cream and fresh summer berries dusted with a light coating of icing sugar. The cupcakes were made with different berries and organic chocolate coupled with buttercream and a sprinkle of grated chocolate, this batch of cakes were probably the fastest ever to disappear and they were thoroughly enjoyed by my friends and neighbours!
