I made this cake for my daughter’s First Holy Communion. Ops!!! We were in so much of a hurry to leave for church in the morning (I was still finishing the cake that morning) putting letters on at last minute. I only noticed the spelling mistake when I downloaded these pictures onto my computer. AAAA!

I’ve used Michelle Rea’s from “Inspired by Michelle” owl cake design and added some of my ideas as well.
It was vanilla cake with vanilla buttercrean fillling and gluten free chocolate cake owl.
