This was a little project for a friend’s birthday. The slate is an iced cake card, the large part of the brie, the blue cheese and the goats cheese are all sugarpaste covered madeira cake. The apple and grapes are made from sugarpaste covered cake pop mix, but I won’t so that again! Rice crispie treats all the way if I do another of these! The knife is real ;)
