I had so much fun making this cake … this is my first time working with molding chocolate … I think I shall use it again :D

Yummy rich chocolate cake, butter cream icing all wrapped up in bright colored mardi gras fondant. The topper is a molded white chocolate face with fondant and gum paste mardi gras mask topped off with a spray of beautiful feathers … thanks for looking :D
