Since I am from Louisiana and absolutely love crawfish, I have been dying to make this design for such a long time now. I was thrilled to receive the order, and loved every minute of working on this cake, watching it come together. Everything was 100% edible…the crawfish, corn, red potatoes, classic King Kooker paddle, and sugar bottle. This was also my first time icing a cake with ganache, and let me tell you, I wish I could use ganache on every cake now! It’s a dream to work with!
