My 3rd year entering City of Hope’s, Let Them Eat Cake Competition. And for the 3rd consecutive year, we were blessed to win “Most Artistic”. The Celebrity Judge was Ron Ben Israel. What a wonderfully gracious and engaging judge! Very cool! My team ROCKS!!! They put so much of their own time into this cake and I am feeling very blessed to have such a talented crew. Oh… and that Beast… made out of gumpaste by my 19 year old assistant! HELLO!!!!!
